Hei Singapore! Welcome to the Norwegian Cultural Center, a cultural organisation devoted to build and facilitate cultural exchange between Norway and Singapore by organising exhibitions, performances, workshops, and many more.
We believe arts and culture play an important role in our daily lives, and through our love of visual arts, music, theatre, dance, and literature, we aim to foster cultural enrichment for a young and diverse audience.
We welcome all who wish to be a part of our community – Singaporeans, Norwegians, and everyone in between.
NCC’s Artist Spotlight showcases and promotes a selection of up-and-coming and well-known Norwegian and Singaporean artists.
The platform will feature insights into each artist’s creative process and portfolio, as well as videos, interviews, personal playlists, books and film recommendations.

Karius and Baktus
The Norwegian children’s novel written and illustrated by Thorbjorn Egner, “Karius and Bactus”, is a humorous and great way to teach children about the importance of good oral care. As a nation that’s home to a wide range of cultures, we are bringing this well-known pedagogical story, loved by generations of Scandinavians, to Singapore.
